Shipping Policy

For customers located in the tri-state area, we offer delivery services as well as the option to pick up your order from our location. Please select your preferred delivery or pickup option at checkout.

At this time, we are only able to ship orders within New York state. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we do offer delivery and pickup options for customers located in the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut).

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns on flower bouquets under the following conditions:

  1. Quality Issues: If you receive a bouquet that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. Order Errors: In the event of an order error (e.g., wrong bouquet delivered), please notify us immediately so that we can rectify the situation.

  3. Upon receiving your returned bouquet, we will inspect it to determine if it is eligible for a refund. If the return is approved, we will issue a partial refund. Please note that we deduct a restocking fee to cover the time and effort we put into making the bouquet. The restocking fee will be calculated based on the original purchase price of the bouquet.

  4. Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  5. Customized or personalized bouquets.

  6. Bouquets that have been used or damaged by the customer.

  7. If you fail to pick up your bouquet within the specified timeframe, we regret to inform you that we do not offer credit or refunds for the missed pickup. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure timely pickup of their order.
